Design and development of a Salesforce-native agentic application, deployed at large enterprise accounts. Co-author of nine AI agents built within this application, acting directly on sales data: automatic opportunity qualification, field updates from actual conversations, contact and activity matching, full reconstruction of deal history.

With every organisation running its own processes and sales methodology, the application had to adapt to each of them without being rewritten, while remaining reliable enough for a sales leadership team to let agents write into its CRM. All of it in an ISO 27001 certified environment, under GDPR and EU AI Act constraints, with the inference cost and distribution model trade-offs that a marketplace-bound product entails.
